Kevin Sharp
Captain Kevin is the Senior Class President at WHS this year, where his favorite class is his Computer Independent Study. When he isn't being an All-State wrestler, running cross-country, or track Kevin enjoys hunting and fishing (including bagging gators in Florida, bears in Canada with his dad). His sports hero is Michael Jordan and says he will listen to anything but country. Kevin says he loves being on the mat with some of his best friends and likes the chance to go one-on-one with an opponent. Wrestling has taught him respect for himself and others, discipline, and hard work . . . but it is a lot of fun, except for getting down to weight! This years goals are to help his team move well into the post season and to get his name on the mat with a State Championship. In the future Kevin plans to graduate from high school and go to college as a business major.
